A clear role for each website
Long Island Online Marketing, Long Island Web Systems and the Long Island Team site each have a job. Marketing pages answer growth questions. Web Systems explains technical services. The Team site supports outreach, referrals and contact with the right people.
Those roles need to be clear to visitors, with links that help them reach the right service across the sites.
Connect the pages and the inquiry process
The release covered page structure, navigation, redirects, inquiry forms and mail configuration on all three sites. We reviewed the path a customer would take across them while keeping their separate identities.
HTSG provides the central product and engineering direction. Regional pages can explain the offers through local examples and service needs instead of copying the headquarters pages.
- A defined role for each site and its pages.
- Direct routes from a question to the appropriate offer.
- Form and mail checks as part of release acceptance.
- Dated release checks and recovery information.
What the release record shows
The September 11, 2026 release evidence records deployment checks across the three sites, including marketing and team pages, redirects, forms and SMTP tests. It documents that release; ongoing operation still requires fresh checks.
The site structure does not establish one live CRM across all regions. Each component needs its own operating record and follow-up checks.
Planning another regional launch
For another region, start with the agreed offer. Decide who the site will serve, which local examples support the offer and who receives each inquiry. Test the customer’s path before expanding further.
A regional launch is a partner engagement with its own scope, responsibilities and commercial terms. Those arrangements are separate from an end customer’s website subscription.
