The site we will be looking after
We review the hosting, active components, account owners and customer journeys before recommending a care plan. A service website and a store with custom checkout need different checks because a failed change affects them differently.
Existing problems are identified separately from routine maintenance. If stabilization is needed, we scope that work so the care arrangement begins from a known condition.
What the care plan covers
The plan states what we check, who responds and how we prioritize the work. It also identifies what your business or another provider handles, such as renewing a separately owned service or approving revised business information.
The supported environment and change process are written into the scope. Major redesigns, new features and unrelated systems are estimated separately.
- Routine software and compatibility review.
- Backup availability and recovery responsibilities.
- Checks of important pages and inquiry routes.
- A process for reporting issues and requesting improvements.
Updates and recovery
An update is complete when the affected journey has been checked, not simply when an installation screen reports success. We use the appropriate review environment, retain recovery information and test the parts of the site that a change could affect.
Automation can help identify problems and handle narrowly defined tasks. Repairs still need clear conditions, verification and a person responsible when the problem falls outside those conditions.
What our records show
Our documented monitoring and release work includes finding broken shared links, missing sitemap routes and frontend errors, then recording the appropriate next action. It also includes reversible website releases with explicit backup and rollback records.
These records show how we investigate a problem, act within the agreement and verify the repair. Automatic repairs have limits, and website care cannot remove every risk.
Support terms and response hours
Request a scope for your existing website or discuss care alongside a new build. We will define the supported components, review cadence, communication route, provider fees and treatment of work outside the plan.
Response hours, incident handling and any included remediation allowance are agreed for the engagement. If you already use the Local Growth Site, its included care remains governed by that package and your agreement.
