The questions it is built to answer
A visitor may understand your services but still have a question before getting in touch. The assistant can explain the fit, suggest what to prepare and describe how a project begins.
We start with a defined purpose and reviewed business knowledge. Prices, availability and policies are included only when the business can maintain them and has agreed which questions require staff confirmation.
What visitors can do
The standard implementation configures the assistant identity, welcome message, suggested prompts, approved knowledge and primary handoff destinations. Placement is reviewed alongside navigation, consent controls and other website elements.
The reusable package supports recent conversation context within a browser tab, clear-chat control, readable formatted answers and explicit voice dictation where the browser supports it. Typing remains available.
- Answers based on reviewed business guidance.
- Follow-up questions that retain useful context.
- A contact route when the assistant cannot help.
- Desktop and mobile placement review.
Access and action limits
The standard assistant is an information and guidance tool. It does not make bookings, submit forms, send email, access customer accounts or change orders. Those actions require a separately scoped connection and an appropriate confirmation process.
The implementation keeps provider credentials on the server and establishes usage controls, sensitive-route exclusions and an accurate description of the data flow. Knowledge maintenance is assigned to a named owner.
Testing it on your website
A September 2026 client release documented contextual public answers, source links and a quote-form handoff. A separate reusable assistant package was then prepared with client information removed.
We configure and test each deployment on the website where it will run. The checks cover supported questions, corrections, missing information, unsupported requests, conversation clearing and handoffs to a person.
Implementation and support
The engagement can include a knowledge workshop, configuration, placement refinement, testing, content-owner training and a documented launch. Ongoing service is defined around knowledge and link review, compatibility, usage and support.
Tell us about your website and the questions customers ask. Provider usage and other service fees are identified separately. Form prefilling, CRM synchronization, multilingual knowledge and authenticated context are additional work, not assumed features of the standard assistant.
