The questions behind the search
Before choosing search terms, we look at the services you sell and how people decide to buy them. We then compare those questions with your existing pages and search history. Some pages need more detail; others may need combining or replacing.
The content map assigns a job to each page. Product pages explain the offer, guides answer the questions around it and project examples show what you have delivered.
How the pages fit together
A main topic page gives readers their bearings. Supporting pages answer the questions that need more space. Links connect those explanations to services, project examples and a way to inquire.
For a group with several regional websites, we distinguish shared product information from genuinely local content. The same article does not need to appear unchanged across every domain.
- Give each page a distinct job.
- Use descriptive navigation and internal links.
- Keep canonical destinations and redirects deliberate.
- Publish depth where evidence and expertise support it.
Technical checks and measurement
We review the factors that can prevent useful content from being discovered or understood: indexing instructions, canonical URLs, sitemaps, page information, broken routes and mobile usability. Structured data should describe the content that actually appears.
Measurement work begins with agreed business events. A page visit, a submitted form and a qualified opportunity are different things. We identify what can be observed and what must be confirmed in another system.
What the evidence tells us
Our regional release records from September 2026 include published topic structures, tested canonical routes, sitemap checks and responsive navigation. They document implementation quality rather than a promised ranking or revenue result.
For ongoing work, we review search and inquiry records with the business, choose an improvement and record the change. AI tools can assist with research and drafting. We still edit the work and check its business facts before publication.
Plan the work
Share your website, priority services and current reporting. We can scope an initial review, a content architecture project, technical remediation or an ongoing improvement program.
We define the deliverables, access requirements, review cadence and measurement limits before work begins. Search visibility, AI citations and lead volume are influenced by factors beyond any single website change and are not guaranteed.
