Pick one handoff
Choose a task with a recognizable beginning and end. When a website inquiry arrives, for example, which queue should receive it and who should respond? We identify the people, systems and decisions on both sides before choosing how to connect them.
The sprint covers a workflow we can demonstrate from start to finish. Later features can be planned separately.
What your tools can support
We inspect the available interfaces, account access and data requirements. Some systems provide suitable APIs or webhooks; others need a supported connector or a more limited approach. Provider restrictions and licensing can affect the design.
The plan identifies which system owns each record and what the integration may change. Existing records are not automatically copied into a new database simply because a connector makes that possible.
- Define the trigger and intended result.
- Map only the information the workflow needs.
- Keep source and record identifiers where useful.
- Specify who handles exceptions and failures.
When a connection is interrupted
Connections can be interrupted. We account for duplicate events, missing inputs and unavailable services, including the awkward case where an action succeeded but its confirmation never arrived.
The appropriate retry, review and recovery behavior depends on the action. Creating a task is different from sending a customer message or changing a commercial record. Those differences belong in the scope.
How we verify the result
Our September 2026 implementation records include form mapping, source preservation, notification configuration and lead workflow checks. They show why individual connections need their own evidence rather than one broad claim that everything is connected.
A controlled test follows the agreed path and confirms the result in the destination system. We document the installed configuration, remaining limits and a way to stop or reverse the connection if needed.
Bring us the manual task
Show us the task, the tools involved and an example of the result you need. We will assess whether the connection is possible and propose an implementation with testing and handoff included.
Provider fees, custom adapters and ongoing monitoring are identified before work begins. Later workflows can build on the same approach, but each addition receives its own scope and acceptance criteria.
