Dean connects the business goal to the product plan. He leads customer relationships and commercial discussions, helps decide what to build, and shapes how the work is presented to customers.
Ruthvik Tanda: systems and delivery
Ruthvik focuses on CRM systems, business operations and technical delivery. He works with the team to connect what a customer needs with the tools and processes that support it.
How we use AI
We use AI to investigate problems, develop software and help review our work. We edit the output, test the system and take responsibility for what we deliver. Our build reports describe the tools and checks used on specific projects.
Clear terms before work starts
Before work begins, we agree on the scope, responsible team, commercial terms and contracting entity. Regional brands share our technical direction, and existing customer agreements keep their terms.
